A little precaution goes a long way

To enjoy your foods safely over the holidays, please remember these simple rules:

1) Keep hot foods hot, cold foods cold
Specifically: keep foods below 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or above 60 degrees C (140 degrees F). Do not allow food to sit more than 2 hours, use chafing dishes & ice where appropriate.

2) Don't contaminate
Use serving utensils & no double-dipping. Don't mix new foods with foods on the table

3) When in doubt, throw it outHelp us to provide you & your loved ones with the best tools for you, give us feedback on what is important to you and why.
