Weight Management

The difference between maintaining or gaining weight is as simple as 200 calories a day - one candy bar.

Making choices that save 250 calories a day may result in a weight loss of a half-pound a week, that’s chicken roasted without the skin versus friend with skin; or a person weighing 150 lbs walking one hour burns 225 calories. Do both; those is 500 calories less a day, and you could lose one pound a week. (Everyone is different but small changes can make huge differences.)

Bonus: the walk will get you into the fresh air, meet the neighbours and improve your cardio, strengthen your bones and helps release stress-and all this for free!
