Our goal is to provide Real Life Solutions for Your Real Life
Start the New Year right, yes we all make those new Year resolutions and right at the top is always “lose weight, exercise more & generally live healthier”- that’s what we are here for-let us help you maintain those goals throughout the year and for the rest of your life; and hopefully, next year we can move onto other goals :)
Fresh starts, periodically we need to take stock; appreciate what we’ve accomplished and change what isn’t working for us. New Year resolutions are usually goals towards a better life; changes we make towards an end. We evaluate our life habits include eating, exercise, family & relationships, our spaces and sometimes, our attitudes. The resolutions themselves are rarely goals themselves but the process to get where we want.
There is something symbolic about a new year. It is a obvious check point in time but personally I do a quick scan every change of season. Clothes & foods change seasonally, cars are checked seasonally; spring cleaning, prepping for holidays; so why not consider each season change a check point. Periodic, readjustments are easy to make and likely to be assimilated into our lives while big changes are likely to be overwhelming. Small victories encourage while difficult big goals can defeat us; if we break down the big goal-we’ll eventually get there with less pain & anguish. At Foodie Smart ; we help you reach little victories, the little changes that add up over a life time. This we feel is much healthier than setting one massive, seemingly impossible goal; we are all for big goals, just break it down so it is attainable. Our goal is to help you keep moving at your pace towards your goals.
Everyone is an individual and the more we recognize that fact, the happier we become. Being confident & happy with the best you can be is the best gift you can ever give yourself-so let that be the most important resolution you make for your life.
Help us to provide you & your loved ones with the best tools for you, give us feedback on what is important to you and why. Send us your comments!
