We all now we need to stay active to stay healthy; but how much & what kind of exercise do we need?

Well we are here to help figure that out for you.

What are you goals? Like everything else in life, once we know what we want, the easier it is to attain it. Is it to maintain your present health? Fight aging? Increase your fitness level? Keep up? Lose weight? Whatever your goal, we are here to help you do!

To start try our interactive tools to determine your baseline.

Depending on your results, you may need to change your present routines.

To lose our gain weight, your choices are
a)  decrease or increase calorie intake
b)  decrease of increase energy output
c)  combination of a) & b)

Common sense tells us that c) is the best option in the long term. Like everything in life we need to balance…

A combination of aerobic, flexibility & strength training will not only keep your body running smoothly; you will more of energy as your body learns to run more efficiently.
